With my premium package, and as your partner on your journey,  you receive:

• 4 one hour sessions per month
• Unlimited email access
• As needed "just in time" 15 min coaching sessions via telephone
• As needed coaching assessments
• Tools and recourses to help you achieve your goals
• post-session email overview

Monthly Coaching packages to meet every woman's needs on their journey to self-discovery. To gain the most from my program, packages are offered on a monthly bases. While a 6 months package is most beneficial, I do understand not all can commit to 6 months. I highly recommend booking at least a 3-month package
Individual sessions are available at a higher price.
