With my most popular package, I will be your ally through your journey. You will receive:

• 3  one hour sessions per month
• Email access twice a week if needed
• 2 monthly 10 min check-in conversations by telephone
• Tools and resources to help you on your journey
• post-session email overview
• Monthly coaching packages to address the needs of every woman on her path to self-discovery. Monthly packages are available to get the most out of my curriculum. While a 6-month package is ideal, I appreciate that not everyone can commit for that long. I strongly advise booking at least a three-month package.

Individual sessions can be purchased for a greater fee.
